The cover of the tank is filled with glue evenly without stacking, breaking or improper position of glue coating.
Measurement and performance inspection
Mechanical damage test: immerse the tank cover in 5% copper sulfate solution for 30 minutes, observe whether there are corrosion spots, and there should be no corrosion phenomenon.
Dry glue quantity test: remove all the film from the tank cover and put it on the analytical balance for weighing. The dry glue quantity must meet the process requirements.
Dimension check: use vernier calipers to check the inside diameter of the cover.
Sampling proportion tank shape (including 15173# tank shape) below the arrival quantity of more than 35,000 cans of performance inspection sampling inspection of 13 cans, appearance inspection of 200 cans; 8 cans for performance inspection and 50 cans for appearance inspection with the quantity less than 35,000 cans.
